This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for renting the ARC Floristry Cart for events and occasions.

You may choose between:

• Bloom Bar: A Build-Your-Own-Bouquet experience.

• Pre-Made Bouquets: Professionally arranged bouquets ready for your guests.

• The flower cart rental is $50 per hour.

• A non-refundable deposit is required upfront to reserve your rental date and time.

• Once the deposit is paid, ARC Floristry will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the cart during your reserved time slot.

• You may choose to rent just the cart or rent the cart with fresh flowers, based on your event needs.

• The cost of flowers is based on:

• The number of participants at your event.

• The season, as flower prices vary accordingly.

• You will receive a clear, customized estimate of flower costs at the time of inquiry..

You will receive two separate invoices:

1. Cart Rental Invoice (Deposit): Due immediately to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable.

2. Flowers Invoice: Due no later than 2 days before your event date.

• The cart rental deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If flower payment is not received 2 days before your event, ARC Floristry reserves the right to cancel flower services.
